To be honest, I myself have no immediate interest in seeing a 3D version of Lawrence of Arabia. However, others here have expressed an interest and I believe it is technically possible, given the new data files that exist.
    James Cameron said here,
but I wonder what others think?

He, as director, got involved; David Lean, obviously can't. However, Cameron's firm could lend a hand. What do potential viewers in IMAX of such a film think? The cost is very high, even in 2012 dollars.

I would think Cameron's firm could consult:

    Any thoughts?
