Just went to 6.1/7.1 What are the BEST demo DVDs (1 Viewer)

As the title says I just went to 7.1(I know it's just 6.1 with two speakers). Can you guys give me a list of the absolute BEST demo disk.

I already have a list of DVDs with DD/EX and DTS/ES from the dolby and dts webs sites, but which ones REALLY show off ES and EX.

Star Wars: Episodes I and II (EX only)
Blade 2 (EX and ES)
LotR: FotR Extended Edition (EX and ES)
The Haunting (ES)
Gladiator (EX and ES)

My vote for best scene to "show off" is the Pod Race scene in Episode I. I put that on, and everyone is like "WOAH!!"
