Just bought the HC1500 720p Projector..... (1 Viewer)

I got it from bestbuy and bought the 4 year replacement plan for $200 that also includes 1 lamp replacement. After I started thinking about it, can I just call them up and get my lamp, or am I going to have to ship the unit to BestBuy? I have not opened it yet and was planning on calling them tonight.

Anyone ever use this plan?

I never used the plan, but I do know if it's not in writing it's not included. I don't care what any of their sales people tell you.
