John Q DTS Lip Synch Problem??? (1 Viewer)

Was watching John Q last night at a friends and the DTS audio seemed to have a bit of a lip synch problem. We switched to DD and everything was fine. Has anyone run into this issue or might it be the DVD player?

It might help if you stated the brand and model of your DVD player and reciever.

I saw the lip sync problem on my pany rp-56. Wasn't really bad and didn't distract us that much.

DTS track is out of sync on this release by approximately
3 frames or 1/8 of a second.

The problem is quite obvious.
