You need to pick this one up Ron. It's Lemmon at his frazzled yet defiant best. Actually it's somewhat similar to his performance in "The Prisoner of Second Avenue."
my memories of TO-O-T are hazy, but i remember the film being very grating and not all that funny.
its been a while and a re-evaluation now may change my mind (wouldn't be the first time), but it seemed a little too 'one-joke stretched too thin' for me.
and shrill.

TPOSA is a far superior film, imo, one i can't wait to have in my collection.

It's been spotted in the Walmart $5.88 bin, i can't resist buying it at that price. Jack Lemmon is one of my all time favorite actors.

i just picked it up in the Wal-Mart $5.88 bin, as mentioned by DaveyM above. not a bad deal for a decent Jack Lemmon effort.:)
