My parent's player (which is a Sony) also had problems with bsubtitles coming on for oen line several times. Was fine in my players.

Same problem at my parents house as well. They have an Apex player so I just wrote it off to that. LOL, maybe it's just a "parents thing".

This is the first, never seen yet, movie I watched on my newly finished HT. Since we had the 6yr. old in the room with us, we had to watch a "tame" movie. So off to BBuster we go and rented this one. I am not a "chik-flik" movie lover by no means, but after watching it, It was kind of descent. Will I go out of my way to watch it again.. not a chance, but I at least i'm trying to give 'chik flik' movies the benefit of the doubt. And besides my wife puts up with my 'guy' type movies too. So there you go.
