I have an extremely limited DVD budget, so I'm hardly going to waste my money on a non-anamorphic widescreen release. Plus, I wasn't too sure how much replay value this set would have for me, so the non-anamorphic presentation pushed it way past my consideration to buy.

I'll see how the R2/R4 releases go, but I don't know if I'd want to pay what will probably be double the R1 price and have to listen to their chipmunk voices.
