HTF VISITS THE MOULIN ROUGE

I was just wondering if any of you found the
coverage of the MOULIN ROUGE Press Event to be
interesting.
I tried to include some pictures and text that
will hopefully make you feel as if you were there
yourself.
Fox has done such an extensive job of getting
the word out about this film, and it is my hopes
that some of you are as surprised and moved by
the film as I was.

Looks like I'm the first.
I'm very impressed. Fox knows it has a winner(dvd/oscar) so they deserve to go all out.
I love the two courtesans
I was impressed with the movie and also with the supplements we were shown at the Fox event, during our L.A. meet. This is one sure fire winner!
I can hardly wait to experiece this DVD. Also to crank up the 6.1 DTS

Wow! Thanks for the pictures and the insight about the director.
Wish I could snag some of that red velvet (won't mention the courtesans since my wife is reading) for my theater. I still haven't bought the fabric for my screen drapes.
I'll buy this DVD tomorrow.

heh, Ron, you looked like you were having an awfully nice time with those ladies of the Moulin Rouge I am going to pick this DVD up per your recommendation. Man, Fox knows how to throw a freakin' press event, kudos to Mr. Staddon

While I wasn't surprised or moved at all by the film as you were, Ron, this looks like it was a terrific event to attend (makes me miss the days when I worked for a video distributor and we staged these types of functions). Great job on the photos!

Seriously, I enjoyed the coverage. I loved Moulin Rouge when I saw it at the theater last June, so I've been planning to buy the DVD for awhile. Nice to hear it's another great release from our friends at Fox.
