Better check your credit card statement - they've been adding the charge without notification. Damn poor business practices, Tower Records - I won't be buying from them again.

Sure you can dispute it. They're charging your account without authorization and for an amount that wasn't part of the original agreement.

And this illustrates why you should never use a debit card for on-line/catalog purchases. Always use a regular credit card. With a debit card, you lose that cash while you are in dispute (or some retailers will put a "hold" on the cash even if the item isn't shipping for a month).
