The beginning of the end?:

There's a couple of places repeating the information, all with the disclaimer that it's "likely" Warner will support Blu-Ray as well.

Also, we could see Blu-Ray drives (though not necessarily STBs) as early as March. The HD-DVD camp has got to be hurting.

I suspect they are already developing an exit strategy to salvage what they can and limit any further developmental and marketing costs.
