HBO-HD and OAR? (1 Viewer)

How is HBO-HD doing in regards to OAR? A while ago I heard that they were showing HD programs but they would Pan-and-scam a lot of programs. Has it gotten any better?

Nope.

The 1.85:1 films are more or less ok, as its so close to 16:9. Most of scope films fill the 16:9 screen. If you know which films are 2.35:1 (or similar), you can just avoid those and watch the 1.85:1 films.

And yet both ABC and CBS have been showing OAR HD movies. Go figure.
