Have a Sanyo Z1, want to upgrade (1 Viewer)

I'd like to sell my Z1 and get a new projector. I was very happy with the unit and it gave 2 years of great performance. But I know there are far better products out now.

I was looking at Z3's on eBay, but as of my last search today, there seems to be none on there? I found that strange.

Z2's seem to go very cheap now too. Is the difference on the Z3 enough to spend an extra $400-$500?

I don't want to spend a lot. What do you all think?

I WOULD NOT buy a projector on Ebay. What is your budget? I assume you want a 720p projector?

Well, I bought my Z1 on eBay and it turned out good.

Yes, 720p is a requirement.

You can get the Sanyo Z4 for $1600 and that includes a free replacement lamp. If you like Sanyo, it seems the logical upgrade. I am very happy with mine!
