Halcron ssp200 V Anthem d2v (1 Viewer)

For 5-7 channel Home Theater and 2 channel music, with pass though and upscaling options, which one is better? I know this can be subjective, but anyone with a Halcron or Anthem please chime in. I have a chance to buy a Halcron this weekend.

Halcro, not Halcron.

The upscaling is important, but both have more than enough hdmi inputs. I was curious which one sounds better. I am going to drive 75 miles tomorrow to listen to the halcro. I have not heard the Anthem on 2 channel nor have I heard the newer arcams on either 2 channel or video. I have been looking for a good d2v, as the new ones are a bit too much, and I am not at all interested in 3D.
