Good Barbeque in Salina KS? (1 Viewer)

Sometime this weekend I'll be driving from KC to Salina to see a movie and I'm wondering if anybody has some recommendations on some good barbeque out that way. I know the good stuff in KC, I just figure if I'm heading out that way I ought to check out the locals.

I'm not even sure if they are still there, but Mac's BBQ is/was an interesting place, not always perfect, but worth a stop..

JC's Bar & Grill is another.

I'm trying to think of anywhere else. Honestly, west of Manhattan, KS, you're in the boonies, so to speak
