I bought this over the weekeknd for my boys then after taking the platic off I noticed it said nudity on the back of the box. Two disks and neither disk has ever been removed from the case.

EBGames won't let me return the game since the pastic has been removed, the best they will do is exchange it for the exact same item within 7 days.

For anyone who is interested If you really want it brand new never opened my EBGames receipt says EBGames will exchange opened items within 7 days for the exact same item. So I have until Friday the 23rd to bring it back and get a brand new unopened copy. So if you want it let me know and I'll exchange for an unopened copy.
