Has anyone heard if Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends debut hour and a half movie (with commericals) will be released like Cartoon Network did with Samurai Jack?

Umm, it's possible, but WAY too early to speculate. Codename: Kids Next Door premiered in early 2003 and it's first DVD isn't out until October 26, 2004. Try asking again sometime next year.

Foster's Preimered in 2004, so it's not that early to spaculate.

That said, i doubt any DVD's of the shwo will come anytime soon. Warner Bros. is generally very clueless about Cartoon Netowrk shows on DVD

When they said a new season was coming, Cartoon Network also said a DVD was coming but nothing has been announced yet.

During the FHFIF panel at Comic-Con this year Craig McCracken, creator of the show, said that season sets were in the work however he didn't have any release details. The impression I got was that this is still in early development and probably won't see anything for about a year.

Warner did announce a "best of" release and you can read that on tvshowsondvd.com

It says season one was released in 2004? Or the first season was 2004?

Yea I saw that and it's a little misleading. Season one was originally aired in 2004 but not released on any format.
