Erik, nice choice.

Zen, I don't think I have a favorite Kurosawa. My top three would be Dersu Uzala, Seven Samurai, and Stray Dog, and those three are constantly switching the #1 spot. :)

Erik, very nice choice indeed!

Steve, I can respect that. It is very hard for me to single out any Cocteau film.
In regards to Kurosawa, Ikiru just moved me immensely. Rashomon, on the other hand. There are about 50+ scenes I wish I could freeze, frame and mount them on my walls.
