A few of these are already out on BD and look quite good. I wonder how much they can be improved.

Can't help but wonder under whose bed they're storing elements if titles from the '80s and '90s are in need of...
What was that word?

I don't understand the need for restoring FANNY & ALEXANDER. It's not a French film either. Weird.

I confess I covet Gaumont's back catalog. I hope they will reach further back into the catalog to restore silents up through the 1930s. French cinema from the silents up through the early talkies was astonishing, let me tell you. Syntax and expression, expression and syntax.
Gaumont has an MOD program in France that I wish would come to our shores.
Gaumont restored La Merveilleuse Vie de Jeanne D'Arc (aka Saint Joan the Maid) over a decade ago. It was directed by Marco de Gastyne in 1928, released by Gaumont in 1929. I didn't know it was possible to surpass Carl Theo. Dreyer's version until I saw this. They were shot simultaneously, but I believe de Gastyne made the better film.
Read about it here:

That's my most wanted Gaumont title on Blu-ray.
They also own the best elements of Orson Welles' The Immortal Story (1968). That has been released in the MOD program. Not English friendly and slightly high-pitched, but it's a perfect transfer.

The Passion of Joan of Arc is hands down my favorite film, and I've longed for a blu-ray to finally replace my well worn Criterion DVD. This is a huge thrill for me!

Passion of Jeanne D'Arc is a favorite of mine, too, together with Day of Wrath (1942). But you haven't seen Saint Joan the Maid yet. Not many people have. Wait till you do. You can't imagine how powerful the film is until you've experienced it. It's an epiphany waiting to epiphiate.
