I saw this in Best Buy today and I almost bought it. At this point, I'm waiting for further information. (Was this simply laziness or something else?)

Censorship is wrong. I want my films as they were when they were originally released, with the original aspect ratio, and the original editing as shown. I don't mind if they give us the option by having multiple versions available, but always give us the original, whether it is Executive Decision, Star Wars or E.T. Speaking of E.T., I for one am glad to hear that Spielberg is no longer digitally altering his works.While I personally don't have an issue with directors correcting flaws and hiding wires that were never meant to be seen, if that means that other editorial changes will not be made (like guns turning into walkie talkies), I think that is a good move. -Rodney
