Epson 1080UB vs 5020UB should I upgrade? (1 Viewer)

Hey all just wondering if anyone else upgraded their projector? I have a 1080UB now and I am looking at new projectors now. Should I go to the epson 5020ub?

That looks like a replacement, thx! Contrast goes from 320,000:1 to Contrast ratio up to 600,000:1 is that the only improvement?

thats a pretty big one. What are you looking for, the added ability of slicing bread ?

The contrast ratios given by the manufacturers are absolutely worthless marketing BS. Please don't buy a projector based on that. The only contrast ratio that matters is the ANSI contrast ratio(after calibration). A lot of the reviews will tell you that number.
