DVD Mastering software suggestions (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if anyone here can recommend a good DVD mastering package. I've got a lot of downloaded video in a variety of formats, and would like to grab a piece of software that will allow me to convert these files to DVD-RW discs to watch on my standalone player. Good conversion from other formats (avi, mpeg, etc) is a must-the software that came with my burner (neoDVD) ended up creating discs with bad audio sync problems, so I'd like to try rectifying them with a new application. Any recommendations?
