Hey guys, I have read that new 2007 sets do not have bulbs or a color wheel(not sure what this is). But, this is a good thing. Is there a list of what new sets will have Back-lit LEDs?

Also, what Contrast ratio should I be looking for?

Do these new DLPs with back-lit LEDs have convergence adjustment still?

What features should I be looking for in a new ~60 inch DLP that keeps it at a resonably decent price point for the tech you are getting?

I did a quick search on manufactures sites, all the LED units I could find was Samsung HLT6187S, which offers a great price...

As far as I know, Samsung is the only maker using LEDs in DLPs. Akai was supposed to have some LED based DLP sets, but I haven't seen or read anything anything on them for a long time. You don't have to do convergence on any type of DLP set. There are a number of reviews of the Samsung sets online, CNET and Ultimate AV Mag have both reviewed some of them.
