I had some dealings with Direct Video in the past. I don't know if it's still run by the same person, but the guy(Robert, I think) I dealt with was really pleasent and very helpful.

I ordered the X-Files season 3 boxset from them and got it 1 day after the street date and for about $30 cheaper than everyone else was selling it for. I felt they did a good job and will be ordering from them again in the future.
