Difference between Denon AVR-1613 and AVR-E300 (1 Viewer)

I know the Denon AVR-E300 receiver is the 2013 model and the AVR-1613 is the 2012 model. What I am trying to determine is if there really any difference between these two models. I've done some research but from what I can tell they are basically the same. Am I right in my understanding?

For the E300:
You mean other than...
1. A totally different back panel.
2. A totally different on-screen set-up(and better in every conceivable way).
3. The ability to charge the device on the USB


No, there is no difference.

But if you have a Wii, or anything else non-HDMI, you'll want the 400.
