I'm concerned because if Mike married Susan, the Jackson character no longer is necessary. So I'm hoping it was Katherine, and hopefully, Gale Harold can be on next season.

It looked to me that they were writing Jackson out of the series with sending him back to Canada.

You know a series is going down hill when you don't like many of the characters anymore. Gaby can be funny sometimes but Bree and Lynette are annoying as hell as are their husbands. Gaby is the highlight of the show and look at the plot she got stuck with next year. A teen storyline? Susan has been less annoying this year as they have stopped writting her as a total bafoon.
Katherine? She hasn't had anything to do all year except fall in love with Mike. A great actress like Dana Delaney is wasted.
So next year we get to see Lynette pregnant...Again????
Bree? Her and Carl? Come on.
Why no storyline for the gay couple?
Nicolette Sheridan was the lucky one to get out of this mess of a show.
And they renewed this for how many more years?

I'm waiting for the "very special episode" where Lynnette finds out her twins are down-syndrome children, thanks to her late life pregnancy. Some attempts at gut-wrenching sweeps stuff.

we'll end up with 50 years of the show on blu-ray!!!!
