CW Renews The Carrie Diaries and Nikita (1 Viewer)

Just a heads up to fans of either series.

Nikita and The Carrie Diaries have both been renewed by The CW. The Carrie Diaries is returning for its second season and Nikita is returning for its fourth season.

Update: It looks like Nikita will be returning a shortened fourth season – reports are for 6 episodes and hopefully episode count will be confirmed by CW’s upfront presentation next Thursday

I've never heard of a show being renewed for six episodes.

As a fan of Nikita, the way the season has gone...it needs to end. The very nature of how this variation of Nikita started means with "Division shutting down"...means an end to the series...ala Chuck.

I could almost see this cast of Nikita being called for a feature. Maybe not a theatre feature...but a Direct-to-DVD.
