I have a professionally installed entertainment center which utilizes Middle Atlantic rack systems. All the components, blank spaces, drawers, etc. are flat black. I recently upgraded my TiVo and Satellite receiver to Samsung and Sony respectively. The problem is that the two new pices are silver and stand out like a sore thumb. Does anyone know of a company that makes stick-on covers that change the gear to black, or have any other suggestions??

Try contacting the manufacturers and see if they can provide you with black or unpainted front panels.

I like black equipment as well, I don't understand the move to silver.

its been going back and forth between black and silver for decades, with an occasional foray into gold. dont worry, your preferred color will come back around!

Until then, you can eBay to keep yourself supplied in your favorite colored gear. That’s what I intend to do. I’m partial to black, too.
