Can't find "Full Metal Jacket" deluxe edition on standard DVD anywhere! (1 Viewer)

I cannot find the standard DVD version of the deluxe disc of "Full Metal Jacket" anywhere. Best Buy and Wal-Mart didn't have it (neither do their web sites) and amazon, dvdempire and deep discount don't even have it listed. What's up with that? Has anyone been able to find a copy of the deluxe version on standard DVD? I see plenty of the HD-DVD and BluRay listed.

It's only available in the box set.

it was listed as a standalone and available for pre-order for weeks and weeks on dvdempire. i just checked, and the listing is gone with no explanation.

It wasn't in J&R today either. Or the box set itself. But they did have all the other new Kubricks seperately (even the documentary, which I thought WAS ONLY in the box set)
