Can anyone identify this 80s heavy metal band and track title? (1 Viewer)

I remember hearing a track (can't call it a song because there was no music or singing, it was sort of an interlude between songs but I believe it had a title) by an '80s heavy metal band. In it, an angry man with a sinister satanic voice, supposedly a father figure, was saying things such as "Michael, go to bed!". And Michael had a high-pitched voice and was saying things such as "But Daddy, I'm 27 years old", to which father would respond "You're 27 physically, but mentally you're still a g******ed child! Now go to bed!" I can't remember, but I believe that poor Michael may have then received a beating of Adam Sandler high school Spanish teacher proportions. (Who this "Michael" person was supposed to be is obvious.)

Can anyone name the band and the track title?

The band is Grim Reaper and I think the track is Final Scream.
