Did Amazon even need to announce a phone? No. But with the info about their own 4G LTE hardware... a phone at this point? INEVITABLE.

i crap bigger than 250MB a month =p #cityslickers
This is actually the one feature that I thought was really innovative. And they seemed to have buried it in the presentation.Originally Posted by Sam Posten /t/311127/can-amazon-stand-above-the-fray-and-make-sense-of-the-android-tablet-mess/360#post_3971185
Sleeper feature they skipped over: MULTIPLE USER PROFILES via Free Time. Great! now everyone gets their own high score and doesn't mess with mine =)
I had not considered that part of it, thanks. So if I download an 8gb game from Amazon that is covered? Or is it capped at 20mb over modem like iOS is?mattCR said:See, I may be vastly thinking about this wrong; but with Whispernet handling any purchases from Amazon as well as their game/book/audiobook network, the only other thing I need is email. And 250Mb a month is big enough for that; if I'm worried about streaming non-Amazon video or whatever, then I'd probably be somewhere where I have WiFi
