I truely hope you're joking, because that is not what 16:9 anamorphic means.I was referring to how most masters were made at normal 4x3 before 16x9 became popular. The transfer was originally made at 4x3, so they didn't just "throw away" resolution. They used the most that the 1.33:1 frame could use for a letterboxed transfer.
I don't see why a transfer is automatically "bad" for not being 16x9. For new discs, it's a poor excuse, but for a 1997 disc with otherwise excellent picture quality...it's just not THAT bad.
I wonder if anyone will make a widescreen version of the covers and the box in light tan?Calling Kami! Kami, someone has a request of you!
Let's hope they include the original making of Raiders as wellNope. Looks like we're missing out on all 4 original documentaries on the 3 movies. :frowning:
