I had the DMP-BD10AK sold it and purchase the DMP-BD30K
Because the latter passes the bitstream of DTS HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD to my Pre/Pro Integra DTC-9.8

I also had the Toshiba D1 and sold it and purchase the HD-A35 for the same reason!

Yeah, the Silicon Optix Reon processor is hard to beat and the BD-P1200 is a huge improvement over its predecessors. I'm a Denon man myself and my BD-P1200 and HD-XA2 have replaced mine, as well.

Happy Holidays!!!

I have a Samsung BDP-1000 (got a refurbished one cheap)

Upgraded that to a Panasonic BD-10A

and (as of yesterday) a Panasonic BD-30. :)

I really think the Panasonics are the best of the standalone players. Granted, I've only had about a day's experience with the BD-30, but it's played everything I've thrown at it, including the new 1.1 profile discs (Resident Evil: Extinction and War)

I have an LG Superblu BH-100 dual format player. Odd to see that I'm the only one that responded to your post that has dual format, although I did notice some others that had Toshiba HD DVD players.

Having one player that can do it all is great.
