What did you do, attend William & Mary?PaulDA said:Sorry, but bi-annual means every two years, not twice a year. Semi-annual is the correct term.
I think probably William or Mary or maybe it's a Canadian thing.David Weicker said:What did you do, attend William & Mary?

Good news is IF the speculation for a November release is correct, you could get it 1st day and at the 50+% discount --- always assumingRonald Epstein said:Nelson,
Glad to help. Was so happy to finally get that film.
I dunno...
Most of the Criterion stuff is so obscure. Wish I could
think of something that would really interest me. There is
one film, JUBAL, that I have never seen and I hear it's a
very good western. Perhaps I will spring for that.
I have never paid full price for any Criterion release, nor
will I....with one exception....MAD WORLD will be mine on
day one and I'll gladly pay whatever Criterion charges.
Now back to the sale....
Ronald Epstein said:Oooh. The original Godzilla. Now that's an idea.
Okay. JUBAL and GODZILLA. I will see if they are
in stock locally. JUBAL is under $22 on Amazon right
now so I don't need to get that from B&N as I have a
PRIME account.
I stand corrected on the spelling. Still prefer semi-annual as it avoids confusion. But whatever causes Criterion sales to occur more often is fine with me.David Norman said:I can't believe I'm going to do this, but biannual is a correct term. Biennial is every 2 years
