Bad Copy Feature

    You may wonder what the title means. A while ago, I read a review of a dvd, but it may have been a blu-ray, that had a feature where you could watch the movie as if it were a copy of a copy, with tracking issues, faded/bad colour, etc. But for the life of me, I can't find what movie it was. Any ideas ?

    I think you're looking for Planet Terror (2007) directed by Robert Rodriguez.

    ^ Sounds like it. However, the messed-up version is the way that Planet Terror is intended to be seen and the not-so-messed-up version is the alternate one.

    Along with Death Proof, Planet Terror made up Grindhouse, a great idea from Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarrantino, which for some reason was not the success many thought it would be. I believe all have been released on BluRay.

    THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO package has a DVD that looks like a bootleg, but plays normally.

    What I'm talking about is an option to watch the movies as if it were a copy of a copy of a copy of a VHS.
