Audio Problems with my TV (1 Viewer)

I have a two year old Vizio HDTV, without any special audio hookups, just the built in speakers in the TV. The audio will occassionally drop to low level, then return a few minutes later without adjustment. Any ideas on cause?

Greetings Loose Cables? Or is this the audio coming from cable TV stations via HDMI cable ? Is this during the same program or only when it goes to commercials? regards
