Anyone set up and in ceiling speaker HT system? (1 Viewer)

Just looking for advice for in ceiling speaker set up. I am looking at the HTD speakers mainly because of the price, reviews seem to be positive from other customers. I am wondering how being pointed straight down will effect the sound. HTD does make a tweeter that you can direct to an angle that seems like it should work for the surround back and side back. The center will be in the wall beneath the tv. The sub will be in the wall as well, I am going to build a box and insulate to keep vibration down. I do not think having a bed room on the other side will be a good idea. Just want a clean looking system in living room.

In ceiling front is never a good idea.If you have to, buy a passive LCR bar.
