I don't think they've had a promo code for quite some time. But if you wanted to know for sure, I'd visit the DVD bargains section at DVDTalk.com

Nope, no list. Frankly, it's too much hassle to maintain such a list given the climate of online DVD purchasing.

Techbargains.com keeps a list of promotional codes and rebates on their front page. Scroll down and look in the right-hand column. I've never seen anything for DDD, though.

During the internet feeding frenzy of bargains, there were several sites that linked to most of the bargains. Amazing Bargains is one of those sites that is still active. Not many, but a few bargains and codes are still listed.
