think again about doing a raid setup. you can get more performance from a single drive for a cheaper price. the western digital 1000bb special edition will destroy most single hard drives and you'd be hard pressed to beat it with a raid 0 setup either. the added benefit of the single drive (and EIGHT MEG CACHE!!!!!!!) is it will have lower latencies.
