This is only my second T-mobile customer service glitch in my 10 years. First was how long it took to get off the Sidekick 3. As a phone, it sucked. I called CS every day for 2 weeks...and the first call was 3 days into having it.I did get a hefty credit for their goofup though. How am I supposed to know "BlackBerry + smartphone plan" isn't the name they apply to all their phones for unlimited data with 5gb high speed?
