any1 know a website that lists Defects in DVDs? (1 Viewer)

personally Im tired of buying DVDs only to later find that there is a defect and that "next month" or something along those lines is when the newer, undefective DVDs will be released. I now have 6 DVDs that I have bought that have been defective (weather missing booklets, picture/audio is wrong) and these all seemed to be fixed by the production companies sooner or later and its quite a hassle to get replacements.

Does any1 perhaps know of a website that lists DVD defects, or has a defective DVD section, were I can see new releases (and old) that are released with defects so perhaps I can avoid buying the DVD until the problems have been sorted out?
