Any way to mod a gamecube controller for the pc? (1 Viewer)

I remember reading about something like this a while ago. Is there a way to do this? Ultimately, I'd like to mod a wavebird so I can use it with an HTPC.

Do you know if those work with the wavebird?

I'm not sure, but I don't know why it wouldn't work. The Wavebird is among the recommended accesories when you check the adapter.

The Skillz might not. From a GC controller pinout page:

We have tested the Wavebird with the Super Joy Box 13 today and unfortunately it is not compatible

If there is an adapter compatible with the Wavebird in the future we will indicate this one th product page.
