Are there any plasma screens with an HDMI port available for around $3000?

Panasonic has a 37" and 42" ED display (42pd25u) both with HDMI for 1999 and 2499 msrp's. The new models should also be in this month. i.e. 42pd50u

You could buy the Panasonic 7uy hich is a commercial grade one and add a dvi blade for $200 to it. Should easily be under $2200.

one more thing, what are some "true HDTV" 42" screens with HDMI, whether plasma, lcd or DLP for around 3K-3.5K?

Cool. I am in the market now, but nothing has enticed me to buy yet. (Nothing yet has tripped the "quality for price" ratio that I'm looking for.) Looking at Sony and Panasonic primarily, and even Dell some. I am also trying to wait and see if any larger "thin" CRT sets come out. Samsung just announced a 30" (only 14 " deep), but ideally, I want at least a 37".
