OK, now don't get too excited over all this, "just put it in your happy box!"
This would become the centerpiece of my 300+ DVD collection. Hell, I'd have to buy gift sets for friends and family. We *must* have The Tick on DVD!
From The Tick's latest HT Review:
"Slide show...boring...losing...consciousness..."
(Guess he doesn't go for those front projection systems...)

COUNT ME IN! I would absolutely buy The Tick on DVD. Hands-down the funniest animated show ever, second only to The Simpsons.

The Tick rules. I was a youngin when this was shown on TV so I don't remember to many quotes but there is one thing I do remember. This show was hilarious. I would definitely buy a box set of this great show.

Aha!
I knew I wasn't alone on this one...
I just had to ask at the Fox chat if there were any plans for the animated Tick on DVD. I have heard of people paying outrageous amounts on Ebay for full sets of episodes, and those are just COPIES of tapes made off the air...
There's gotta be a market for this on DVD.

Oh God how I loved that show. I'd buy it in a second.
That was on the Fox Kids Saturday morning lineup wasn't it? I guess it shows how many kids actually watched it.

Bring it on, Peter and the boys at Fox!! :)

Funny... I was just reading an article on the net about the new live action show and started thinking about how cool it would be if the cartoon was out on dvd. Please Fox, put this show out like Clerks dvd. Make big SE out of these puppies. I bet u they sell like hotcakes. This has a following and I would snatch it up!

Must have animated Tick on DVD! Now!
I didn't get into the first season much, but I thought it really took off after that.

Oh I loved to see Tick on DVD. It would get played more then Goonies and Memento for a long time. It deserves a DVD as much as Darkwing Duck. Now to see the episode with the spaceship full of evil Arthurs and aliens who speak in the word the, I think.

A must-have if released.
I may end up with more tv than movies on DVD.

There actually was a third season, but I don't think it got a full run. New episodes came on very sporadically.
Anyways, count me in as one who would shell out whatever it took for the complete box set. This is neck-and-neck with The Simpsons as my favorite animated series of all time. Peter, could you *pleeeeease* look into releasing this?
