Spoiler tags outside img tags inside. Spoiler IMG file.gif /img /spoiler. Don't think you can do it with the buttons, not sure, I hand code all mine anyway.

You can use the buttons.

Graphics button>paste/type image URL>click on image to select it>BBCode button (third from upper left corner)>Select Spoiler>OK.

You can always upload a gif into the HTF gallery and then post the URL from there...
