Umm, wow? I'm kinda bummed that one of my favorite characters is gone, but you had to see it coming.

I'm suspicious of the timeline between Sark (sp?) landing in Geneva, getting a transfusion, and then showing up in L.A. right away.

Yeah it was sad to see Will
go. I actually didn't expect it, figuring that that particular storyline would continue into next season. Nor did I suspect who his source really was. Interesting ending too since now Sloane is in a real bind since his wife is now going to live (or at least survive the cancer; who knows what his colleagues have in mind).
. I too found the timing with Sark a bit suspicious and how did he know where the CIA was keeping Will?
. Perhaps Jack was right, that Haldaki is a mole, and he's in league with Khasinau.
. At least that's the only way I can explain how Sark knew where to go. Overall a terrific episode. It's gonna be a long wait for the season finale next weekend!

I bet that last scene is not what it seems.

He could have been wearing a bullit proof vest or was not hit in a vital area.

I know one thing.
99.44% of what I just said is 100% wrong. :D The action scenes were phenomenal tonight. I really wish they could go out with a 2 hour special.
Above info written before I checked the length at Titan TV. It's officially 100% wrong and I don't like where one part of the path is headed, though if you've watched since Dec, you probably saw it coming. I didn't read long enough as once I read the first sentence I knew I wanted no more spoiling, so don't read anything into my statement as to whether the mother is involved. I don't know and that wasn't the intention of my reference.
(If any English teacher read the above paragraph, I agree that is probably the worst piece of trash I've completed in quite some time. Stream of Consciousness writing, obviously isn't my cup of tea.)
Oh yeah, Titan TV just spoiled half the episode for me when I went to check on the length.
It has one of those nice "Don't watch the Men in Black Trailer on Ali" thread qualities seen here on HTF last week. You know, where spoilers are not in spoiler tags. Ughhh.
DO NOT GO TO TITANTV! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO TITANTV.COM!

Sydney will have so many neuroses from getting the men in her life killed or harmed by her occupation.

This quite the fast moving episode, and it's all coming to a boil in the season finale next week. Can't wait!

Sydney's rescue of Will was pretty good TV action (loved the "run up on the table and twist and flip and kick the bad guy" shot), and Will's expression through the whole rescue was classic.

I think Jack might be running into too much crap to explain away with SD-6, and might find himself on the outs with SD-6 (if it survives next episode).

Sloane is so screwed with his wife getting news of being in remission.

Will we finally find out of Dixon is K-Directorate? Sark is a good counterpart for Sydney to go up against in the future - he's plenty ruthless. Anna never did instill much fear in me as Sark does.

I thought this was a great episode. As others have said, I think the action was pretty amazing. Although I do hope Will is dead (although I doubt it). The fact that he became so understanding of Sydney made me want to puke.

I bet Sloane's wife will leave Sloane when she get's out and Sloane will be in the same situation as Jack is in. Then they will collaborate together.

The blood transfusion was a bit far out. But I guess this is Spy vs. Spy.

I loved last nights episode and I can't wait for the Finally. I just wonder how they will be able to keep this show going, seems that they will run out of plot.

I love Sark, that is one bad man.

Will's reaction to seeing Sydneys face when she saved him was great(made me laugh lol).

Sloan is screwed.

I have only scene about 1/3 of the episodes and am still trying to remember who everyone is so my questions is....who is Dixon? Is he the black man in SD-6?

Okay, so, prediction time: (spoilers only for the latest aired ep)
Either
a) Sloane's wife is K-Directorate, and has managed to fake her results (what a miraculous recovery!), or
b) Sloane is going to do a deal with someone (maybe Jack, maybe even Sydney) to get his wife somewhere safe.
Either
a) Will
is dead, or
b) Sark shot him with a tranq (there was no point in killing him; he would have told the CIA everything he knew anyway)
Possibilities/Probabilities:
1) Sloan will find out about Sydney & Jack. After all, they had a very open conversation in Syd's kitchen after the "rat catcher" had been;
2) Sydney will tell Dixon the truth, but perhaps only after he exposes her double-agent status to SD6;
3) The season will end on a "okay, I'm serious this time, there's no possible way she can get out of that one" cliffhanger. :) Probably involving Syd's Mum.

OK, yesterday could not have been filled with more adrinalin if I tried. As soon as we got home from seeing Spider-man we put the kids to bed and sat down to watch Alias - what a perfect day.

Awesome episode. Dixon slowly clueing in is perfect, if only Syd would realize that Dixon is K-D.

Sark shooting was a good ending but made me think that maybe Syds Mom is the informant and she is in league with Kasinov. I mean why else kill Will
??

Maybe even Dixon is part Kasinov, cause that would explain how Sark knew about the tracking thingie in his blood system and the transfusion was done AFTER Sloane told Syd and Dixon.

I feel for Sloane in a way, he gets a stay of execution for his wife then she goes into remission. Bitter sweet.

I dunno about Dixon being K-Directorate. He was shot by them (as the showed in the flashback last night) -- kinda hard to stage.

As for Sark finding Will, I figure that it was not sodium pentathol, but they injected him with exactly the same kind of tracer that Sark ingested (if such a thing would work at all). It would also help explain how they knew to give Sark the transfusion; all part of an elaborate plan -- or contingency plan if Sark is ever captured.

One of the best Alias episodes yet! This had more plot developments than any previous episode, I think!
The ironic twist with Emily is deliciously troubling.
Wil's reaction to seeing Sidney was priceless.
As for Wil's death: this is Alias, and there are various ways for to not be dead. And after watching Mulder "die" in X-Files season finales at least three times, I've learned that a character can avoid death in many surprising ways :)
But if he is truly gone... :frowning:

Will someone repost the reasons for suspecting that Dixon is K-Directorate? I don't remember and am having a hard time coming up with the reasons at the moment.

Sark shooting Will with a tranquilizer is an interesting twist that I hadn't thought of. It would still fit the previews for next week where we heard Vaughn saying to Sidney "I'm so sorry" - ie, they let Will get captured instead of shot.

My wife's immediate question was "why would they shoot Will?" My response is that I think they'd kill him because after the events in Paris it's obvious that Will was in cahoots with someone from the intelligence world, he knew about "the circumference" (I think that's what it was), and they probably would want to tie up loose ends and Will is a loose end.

I agree that Sloane is bigtime screwed concerning his wife. His whole argument for sparing her life was that she's going to die soon anyway and now he doesn't have that argument. Any thought that he might try and fake Emily's death somehow?

Every major character seems to have something to hide now, which makes things very interesting.

The reason to suspect Dixon of being K-D is because K-D seemed to always know where SD-6 was sending Sydney and Dixon mission-wise.

Boy, I sure am glad this show appeared to save my Sunday nite TV viewing since X-Files went into the crapper! I'm curious, though, whether the creators intended this show to last beyond two seasons or so at the most -- the way the plot line seems to barrel along, I don't know how they'd be able to sustain it much longer than that....
And I agree with Guy, Sark does indeed have great taste in wines. :) (though my French is extremely rusty -- what vintage of Lafite did he order in Khasinau's club?)

I couldn't say it any better than DaveF did..."priceless." :emoji_thumbsup:
I really admired Syndey's composure when Sloane was thanking her for her kindness towards Emily which Sloane said something like "...was more than I ever did for you." OH! The agony!
Best episode yet! My rear channels were more active last night than the usual ALIAS HD broadcast. :emoji_thumbsup: I can't wait for next Sunday.

well the 1 sentence episode summary for next week seems to answer the question regarding Will:

Sydney and Vaugn must destroy an artifact (Rambaldi?) to save Will's life
