Airplay not working on Onkyo 626 (1 Viewer)

I have installed my new Onkyo TX-NR626 and installed the Remote2 app on my iPhone. The app works fine to control the receiver features wirelessly, however when trying to stream my songs, the music does not start. Tried several songs, updated the receiver firmware, even tried to install a previous version of the app, but still the same: song is selected but does not alow me to hit play. Any thoughts?

Or get an ATV. Any generation.

I was told it would work though the wireless, no need of bluetooth

Whoever told you that didn't have a clue about what they spewed.

Just noticed I have to change the input to NET, instead of cbl or TV. For some reason, the streaming is slow and takes 2-3 sec to change a song.... Reading the manual discovered it has a builtin bluetooth, which has faster response time.
