Acurus vs. Parasound (1 Viewer)

Tim- 2 out of 34 for that particular amp. Go check out some amps by some of the other amp-makers I listed above. That is a high hit rate. Particularly when both users had a bad experience with Parasound's customer service on top of the problems with the amps themselves.

I get your point. I guess we agree to disagree? I have checked out most if not all of the amps you listed. I personally was taken back by how great Parasound treated me. Not to say that some people may have had problems, but I know I was treated like a king.

If I looked a little, I'm sure I could find other negative comments about Parasound amps too.

Tim- Yes, we agree to disagree, but maybe even not that far. I never said that Parasound didn't make good amps. Just that personally, I had a problem with (in particular) those two customer sevice comments. Like I did say (or alluded to) before, and I will say stronger now, maybe they've gotten better, and in particular, I have seen nothing but good things said about the Halo series.
