As near as I can tell, my TV/DVD total in '07 was about 35 . It wasn't as much of a drop-off as I had thought from last year. After looking at the #'s, I was surprised that I had bought this many in '08.

A couple of others were just plain cheap and I thought "Even though I'm not a big fan, why not for the low price":
Action ($3 - BL - Also a bit of a blind buy as I only vaguely remember the original broadcast which was heavily edited when shown. I remember that this highly annoyed me and that it should have been on HBO or Showtime. It's very possible I'll also find this one offensive and crude upon rewatching since it's unedited on the DVD release.)
Who's the Boss ($3 - BL)
1st and Ten ($5 - WM)

Plus somewhere in the neighborhood of 150 movies.

Pete, I would put The Bob Newhart Show and Adventures of Brisco Co. Jr. up high. The Bob Newhart Show is one of my all-time favorites (irritated that Fox has no plans for S5 & S6). I plan on watching my copy of Brisco just as soon as I've finished Sliders season 3 (probably today).

and they all have been disappointing in a way. With Angel i got two Disc 6's of Season 4, instead of Disc 5. The Heroes-packaging fell apart, Simpsons came with the worst packaging ever and episode 10 of LOST didn't work.
