Guys,
I just realized I am not the brightest diode in my LED TV.
I can buy the Apple TV and hook the HDMI to the TV, and run the optical audio out into my Yamaha RX-V995 through the CD input (which I don't use). I hooked the audio of my uVerse box to the Yamaha through this input and the Yamaha recognized the Dolby. Then I can just program my Harmony 900 to set the TV and Receiver up when I want to play the Apple TV. Easy fix, no new receiver needed.

I'm a fan of the Yamahas. Good sound, multiple options, and I like their Scene buttons that make it easy to switch between very different configurations.
