A Question about Deep Discount DVD.. (1 Viewer)

The default method of shipping at DeepDiscountDVD is USPS Standard Delivery at NO CHARGE.

This is quoted from their web site. Is standard delivery media mail? They have been incosistent with my orders. I had two different orders shipped on the same day. One came by first class mail several days ago, and I still haven't seen Roger Rabit.

How do they choose to do first class or media mail? And I think "standard delivery" is misleading if it means media mail. I thought it meant first class.

My copy of Roger Rabbit was shipped on 3/19 and I still haven't received it. DDD says I have to wait until this coming Wed before they'll do anything about it.

I never use DDD's free shipping option because I'm afraid it may get lost or take forever to arrive.
